Daltex® RoofTX® Pro

DALTEX® RoofTX® Pro is a 3-layer air permeable roofing underlay, with a very low vapour resistance of 0.08 MNs/g.

Daltex® RoofTX® Pro is specifically designed to allow the ready transfer of ventilating air. This particular product feature significantly reduces the risk of moisture droplets forming on the underside of the underlay during periods of high condensation risk. In warm pitched roofs, when Daltex® RoofTX® Pro is installed there is no need to ventilate the roof space, as the vapour permeability allows moisture to diffuse through the underlay. Daltex® RoofTX® Pro is suitable for fully supported or unsupported roofing applications, and can also be used in conventional ventilated roof construction.
